Routine maintenance of power plants reduces the risk of emergency shutdowns and helps keep equipment in good working order throughout its entire service life.
We service diesel generators, gas turbine units, UPSs, distribution equipment, and automation systems based on the facility's operating mode, manufacturer requirements, and actual load.
Техническое обслуживание
For facilities where power supply directly impacts the production process, maintenance should not be limited to one-time visits after a breakdown. It is more important to proactively monitor the condition of equipment, consumables, automation, cooling systems, and fuel infrastructure.
KVT-Energo builds maintenance into a managed process: we document equipment, create procedures, schedule visits, maintain a work history, and proactively highlight components requiring attention. This approach helps reduce downtime and maintain predictable operations.
Inspection of equipment and engineering infrastructure
Checking the condition of power and distribution systems
Monitoring the operating parameters of the power plant
How does a service visit work?
What's included in maintenance?
The scope of work depends on the type of equipment and operating mode, but the basic service cycle always begins with a diagnosis of the current condition and inspection of critical components.
After the inspection, the team records the results, recommendations, and a list of consumables that need to be replaced now or prepared for the next visit.
Checking operating parameters, automation, alarms, and protection.
Replacing consumables, filters, and technical fluids according to regulations.
Diagnostics of batteries, cable connections, and distribution equipment.
Preparing a report with recommendations for operation and scheduled maintenance.
How We Organize Our Work
Before the start, we agree on the equipment list, maintenance frequency, site access requirements, and reporting format. For critical sites, we can establish an extended SLA with priority response and emergency response.
If risks are identified during maintenance, the team immediately proposes a clear action plan: from ordering spare parts to upgrading the component that limits the reliability of the entire system.
